hereinafter “Real Estate”.
By accessing and remaining on the Website the user accepts these general contract conditions. The User acknowledges that use of the Website is governed by the general contract conditions in force from time to time at the time of last access. These conditions are available in Italian and English. In case of conflict between the two versions, the Italian language prevails.
Before proceeding with any operation through the Website, the User is required to read the general contract conditions as well as print a copy and store a copy of the same on a durable medium that allows the User to retain the information that is personally his addressed so that they can be accessed in the future for a period of time appropriate to the purposes for which they are intended and which allows identical reproduction of the information stored.
1. Definitions
The terms and phrases listed below have the meaning indicated below, it being understood that the terms defined in the singular are also considered defined in the plural and vice versa.
User: means any natural person who acts on the Site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out, aged 18 or over.
Parties: jointly means the Property and the Users.
Reserved Area: means that part of the Website given for exclusive use to the User, through which the same can, after authentication, access specific functions.
Website: indicates the website www.chalet-brengaz.com of Soc. FP SRL.
2. Contents
The contents of the Website are for informational purposes only. While taking the utmost care in the maintenance of the Website and in the selection of its contents, the Real Estate does not assume any responsibility regarding the accuracy, completeness and currency of the data and information present therein or on the sites linked to it; consequently, any responsibility for errors or omissions deriving directly or indirectly from the use of data and information present on the Website is declined. The User is therefore required to personally verify the accuracy of the information contained on the Website before carrying out any action.
3. Registration
In any case, the User is required to provide personal contact data that can be traced back solely to him/her and not shared with third parties.
“Reserve”). If the purchase proposal is not finalized within 24 hours (or a different pre-established time), the reserved apartment will return to being visible and available on the Website. It will be possible to reserve only one apartment and only once. For the purposes of the Reserve, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and it will be verified that the amount indicated on the Website is present on that card. Only then will it be possible to reserve the apartment. Following the Reserve, the sum indicated will be blocked and, consequently, for 24 hours (or a different pre-established time) it will not be available on the credit card. At the end of the 24 hours (or different pre-established time) of Reserve, both in case of failure to finalize the purchase proposal and in case of finalization of the same, the blocked sum will be available again according to the contractual times defined by the User’s bank . In both cases there will be no charge.
4. Credentials
The User will be responsible for all activities and operations carried out with the activated Account and will immediately inform the Real Estate Company, via email, of any unauthorized use of their account and access to the Reserved Area.
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Trademarks
The Website, considered in its entirety, as well as all the material contained therein, is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.
The contents published or otherwise present on the Site – including, by way of example and not limited to, the trademarks, logos, images, press releases and documents in general produced therein, as well as the application software and codes used for the implementation of the Site – are the exclusive property of the Real Estate Company, or used with the prior authorization or license of the relevant owner.
l’Immobiliare reserves all rights over them, including the right of reproduction: the User may use said contents only if this is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Site. Any different use must be considered prohibited. The copying and reproduction of any text present on the Site and/or present on other sites managed by the Real Estate company is not considered a permitted operation.
